Graduation Information
Alternative High School Diploma GED Options
Coffee County YES Program Option
Must be 16-24 years old
24 Credits needed to graduate from this program
No credit limit to start, but the more you have, the better
You must be withdrawn from your home school (after meeting with their office)
You can begin and finish this program at any time...it is self-paced
This program may have a wait-list due to a high volume of students

ENTRY TEST: Basic Skills Reading and Math Test
Documents needed: Withdrawal, birth certificate, social security card, Picture ID
EDUCATION PROGRAM USED: James Madison online school
COMPLETION: Once you earn the credits through the James Madison Educational program to equal 24 credits, YES will have a graduation where you will receive a high school diploma through James Madison!
Non-Traditional High School Diploma Option
Must be 17 years old
24 Credits needed to graduate from this program
Must have 10 credits towards graduation from your home school to start
You must be withdrawn from your home school (after meeting with their office)
You cannot begin this program until the September after your original graduating class has graduated
ENTRY TEST: Take the TABE test (given by their office every Thursday)

EDUCATION PROGRAM USED: Portions of GED, ACT Workkeys Test, and technical Career Pathway Program.
COMPLETION: Once you earn the credits through the Educational program to equal 24 credits, they will be sent back to EHS where you will be awarded a high school diploma!
